Day 1 :   Arrive Chiangmai meet / assist by local English speaking guide and transfer to hotel for check in. Drive through Chiangmai town to visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, the famous hilltop temple, containing a holy relic of Buddha and is reached by 306 steps, flanked by mythical Nagas balustrade on either side. The panoramic views of city from the temple ground are truly spectacular on a clear day. Enjoy an evening

out by having a traditional Khantoke Dinner, the customary northern Thai style of eating food, which is served on low tables while you sit on the floor. A spectacular folk dance is performed during the meal and followed by tribal shows after dinner.

Day 2 :  Depart from the hotel and drive through Chiangmai town will give you the impression of the layout and unique atmosphere of this northern city. Visit Wat Chedi Luang temple, which consists of an impressive pagoda, originally built in 1401 and partially destroyed by an earthquake in 1545 and this temple also houses the city foundation pillar. Proceed to Chiangmai China town and the fresh food market and experience the northern Thai way of life. Continue with the local transportation to get to the boat pier at Wat Chaimongkol temple and take a relaxing boat trip to enjoy the scenery along Mae Ping River and stop at the farmhouse to have some fruit and soft drinks.Drive on to

a well-known local restaurant to experience the local flavor of Chiangmai noodle (Khao Soi) and pork satae. The last stop will be made at famous handicrafts area to see silverware making and Thai silk weaving. Day 3 :   Elephant Training Camp in Chiang Dao with Elephant riding and raftingThis trip takes you to see how trained elephants are used to help in logging industry. Located 56 kms. north of Chiangmai on the banks of Ping river, you will be at an unspoiled Chiang Dao elephant camp with an opportunity to observe these gentle mammals in theirnatural habitat taking their daily bath in the river and performing amazing strength and skill at the command of their mahouts.Then follows with one and a half-hour elephant ride through the natural surrounding to the Lisu hilltribe village. After lunch at local restaurant continue with bamboo rafting to enjoy the beautiful scenery along Ping river. On the way back to Chiangmai a stop will be made at an orchid farm and return to the hotel. Day 4 : Doi Inthanon national park, For those who prefers the embrace of nature Doi Inthanon, 2,565 metres above sea level - the highest mountain in Thailand is probably the most pleasant break from the city. With an hour drive from Chiangmai to the fertile jungle to invigorate yourself with fresh and cool mountain air. This tour takes you to see Karen hilltribe, the twin pagodas– built by royal Thai airforce to honor King Bhumipol and Queen Sirikit, arrive the summit then have a chance to do a short trek to experience the beauty and natural treasure of Doi Inthanon. Continue the trip to visit Wachiratharn waterfall and lunch will be served picnic style then

proceed with and unforgettable short walk through the forest to approach Mae Klang waterfall and return to the hotel. Day 5 :  Transfer to Chiangmai airport
